I have been under the impression that if we sent our secondary to Tulane right before the hurricane chaos that we did not have to resend it; they would be making decisions based on AMCAS, then have us bring secondaries to the interview.

However, on the Tulane website, updated 10-21, we are told to resubmit our secondaries and send a check, even though elsewhere on the page (FAQ section), it says that we do not have to send a secondary, just bring one to the interview.

Could somebody clear this up for me once and for all?

I believe that the final word is that if you submitted your secondary on or after 8/15, then you have to resend it. If they cashed your check, then you don't have to repay the fee, but you do have to send proof (like a copy of the cancelled check) along with your new secondary.
