If you send it tomorrow it'll be postmarked the 12th. Not too late. Just do it.

You can also send it USPS expressmail. It should be there by Saturday at the very latest. It's $4.30 with delivery confirmation. Don't give up, especially if you really want to go to Tulane. 🙂
