Does anyone know anything about this program? I can't find a thing about it!

I don't have any first hand knowledge of Tulane at this time, but I have seen some of the current residents and asked them about it. This is what I learned: They've decreased from the pre-Katrina 10 residents per year to 4-5 now. Teaching occurs one afternoon a week instead of every morning and is supposedly better. There are fewer cases going on, but there are plenty since there are fewer residents. Also, they rotate at more hospitals rather than staying at TUHC. They seem happy with the case variety more than before. They were something of a workhorse program in the past, but now have good hours. This is all second hand, so think what you will about it.

That's similar to what I saw posted on scutwork. Sounds pretty decent. I knew some former residents before the storm that weren't very happy there.
