Can you issue an amended report to clarify whether it was the in situ carcinoma that was 0.3 cm from the margin and the invasive component was 0.4 cm away, or whether it was the in situ component was 0.4 cm away and the invasive component was 0.3 cm away? And also, can you clarify whether it was the anterior/superior margin medially or the anterior/superior margin laterally? Oh, and can you stain all the blocks for AFB because the patient has a history of TB?
