I'm taking the AP boards on the first week of the window (this upcoming Monday) and CP one week after. Any last second wisdom anyone wants to impart? I'm feeling quite chill for AP, so it's more a question of practical tips for the day or whatever.

It's not pathology or board specific, but some general test-taking advice:

At this point, studying will not help. If you've made some flashcards or other quick reference material, run through those just enough to keep your short-term memory for factoids fresh and your anxiety down. The main thing is to eat and sleep well. Exercise if that's your normal routine. Overall, just try to be in the best mental shape you can so the studying you've already done can be made use of efficiently.
