in decks one time tunica adventitia of veins :thick with little elastic fibers
in other deck: veins have thin walls ( media and adventitia )
so ...what's right ???

Both could be right. Histologically the tunica adventitia in veins is a fairly thick layer, but when considering gross anatomy it's fairly thin. It'd be hard to say without having the complete picture.

It also depends on the size of the vein itself (venule, medium size vein, large size vein). I do believe the adventitia is the promiment layer of a vein.

You are a pre-dent, no? What's with all the questions if you don't mind?

I believe that adventitia and media can actually disappear as vessels get smaller...is this true? If so, thickness will vary with vessel size as stated above.

yes, thats true, capillaries don't have either T.adventitia or T.media
W.r.t veins, you are right, it depends on the size of the vessel and thickness decreases with size. Larger veins have a well developed T.adventitia comparable to arteries if not thicker.
Hope this helps.
