With revisions could be anywhere from 1-4 weeks. Other journals include TCRT, R&O (the open access one, not the green journal), JMIRO, and then Med Phys, Med Dosim, J Med Phys, Phys Med Bio. Everything's getting harder IMO.

The manuscript was only "under review" for about 1 week. It was "with editor" for about 2 months initially but afterwards things turned over quickly. This was also during the holiday season.
