Has anyone else had trouble getting answers from TUSPM's financial aid office? They seem to be very backlogged and terribly unresponsive.

Ah. Lisa Brooks isn't the quickest at getting back to emails or phone calls since she's always so busy. But if you go in person to her office you can usually get help/answers pretty much immediately.
