Tutor or Self Study? Help me Decide!

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
It all comes down to your own hard work. You can pay $5,000,000, but they can't guarantee you anything. Also, the "rep" is just some random person who doesn't know anything.

Don't waste $5000 on the course. Find SDN's MCAT studying schedule, choose one, and self study.

You're in good shape with the 500 without studying. Don't let NS scare you into spending that kind of dough.
Alright sounds good. Will do.

Right, I agree with this, however I read about students who study for hours upon hours and take many tests and get less results than you would predict when considering how much work they did.
What I was afraid of is not studying "smart". I have a tendency to put in hard work but it not be the most efficient method

Read some of the guides on here.

C/P: Do practice passages and review them over and over. Do all of the AAMC materials. Look up anything that you don't understand concept-wise.

CARS: Do 3 practice passages a day timed and review them.

B/B: Do practice passages and review them over and over. Do all of the AAMC materials. Look up anything that you don't understand concept-wise.

P/S: Find the 400 page P/S doc on reddit and memorize it. Do the Khan Academy passages to start with then do practice passages and review them over and over.

From personal experience, write out your schedule, and stick to it. If not, very easy to fall behind. If you intended to go over all that content, don't waste too much time on it (again, schedule accordingly). Since this last MCAT was a lot of reasoning, spend time practicing. Id recommend also subscribing to jack westin's daily CARS if you want more free practice. pm if you want to see how I made my schedule if ur interested, but otherwise best of luck on your studies!

Thank you guys for the advice!
Im weak on physics, is EK physics comprehensive enough?
Plan:
B/B: EK 1-2 Bio and Kaplan Biochem
Chem: EK chem
Physics: ? Currently have EK physics and TPR physics but after looking through the TPR book it’s not for me. Should I get TBR or EK 1001?
Psych/Soc: TPR + KA + 100/300 pg doc
CARS: TPR cars workbooks
Buying NS tests + Altius tests + AAMC Material
