Hi, I like tutoring my brother when he needs help for tests in science subjects. Would I be able to list this on the medical application under tutoring or hobbies or would it look like I'm just trying to fill up space and won't look good?

You're supposed to help out your family! This is like trying to get credit for breathing.
If you wish to list it as a hobby, go ahead, but I don't think it will give you any traction, and may have screeners call your judgement into question.
