Tutoring vs community service

For any of you guys/girls with experience in the admission process, all else being equal what usually holds more weight, tutoring or community service? I'm unsure which one would benefit me more tutoring a few hours a week or doing a few hours of community service a week. No time to do both in the same semester however. The tutoring would be paid fyi.

Why not do the community a service and tutor for free? Haha...I'm not sure but tutoring and community service are both great.
