Twinrix minimum age?

Whats the youngest age twinrix can be given? There is a bit of debate about this in my pharmacy. It says "for adult use only" on the front of the box. In the patient info it says it hasn't been evaluated for use under 18.

Is there some other Hep A/B combo that can be given to those under 18?

I think you have to give the separate HepA and separate HepB for those under age 18.
