Two 6th edition Tintinalli's?

So I'm looking to buy Tintinalli online at Amazon, and I can't figure this out... can anyone help?

It appears that there are two 6th editions to buy online... one was made in Feb 2005 and costs $210, and the other was made in 2003, and costs less (I think it was around $180). Does anyone know the difference?

I think the 2005 one includes a CD-ROM (???). Email Amazon and ask them.

I know that Tintinalli's book is the bible, but can't you just get Langes Current D&T in Emergency Medicine? or what about the "baby" Tintinalli?

I have two of the sixth edition, both brand new. If you haven't bought one yet I would be willing to sell one of my at a reasonable price. What is the best you have found on amazon?
