I'm quickly running through Uworld. the USMLE software is really confusing to use... Also do most people who take Step 3 also able to remember every order/f/u study that is listed under the UWORLD cases?

At least from the feedback for the offered USMLE cases on their website, it seems like you need to be sure to just hit themmost important test and theraupetic options, and not every little nuance.
