Two interviews on the same day?

For those of you who have applied or are in the process of applying to specialty programs, have any of you gotten interviews for 2 different programs on the same day? If so, what did you do? Pick one to attend and not the other? Any flexibility in interview dates?

I accepted the program that I liked better and asked the other one if they could accommodate me at a different time.

Ended up matching at the one I went to and the other program didn't let me change my time.
