Let's say hypothetically you have been offered a job by two different hospitals in their ER. The hours will never mix because one hospital is hiring you for two 12 hour shifts Monday and Wednesday. The other is also two 12 hour shifts on Tuesday and Thursday. Call for each hospital is on opposite weekends. Could you take both jobs? Or would it be to much. Both jobs are technically considered full time by the hospitals. Also they are not competing with each other so that is no issue.

Short term, sure... long term may not be viable.

Plus, you need the schedulers to be in sync - can't do overnight on Monday then day on Tuesday unless you're in to self-flagellation.

It doesn't work this way.
