Uh...

The Frog doesn't have an amnion. The amnion developed in terrestrial animal eggs and in mammals in order to cushion a developing embryo from shock; however, since frog eggs still develop in the water, they don't have amnions.

Meiosis and Mitosis both have DNA replication in common. Separation of homologous chromosomes only occurs in meiosis.
