#1 If I just got a job at Kaplan and am in the process of training should I include that under work experience for AADSAS b/c I will have nothing else in that section apart from this.

#2 For the question that asks whether you have family in the dental field is it a disadvantage if you do or is it an advantage?

1) I don't see how mentioning the Kaplan thing would hurt
