Does anyone else think of "Twos" in their head when they see "IIs"?

No. I think of secondaries. I will say I was confused with it when I first started SDN. I was also confused with SMP and various other acronyms.

Also this could probably fit into the premed social thread

Same. My first thought was secondaries as well. It was until a couple years back that I figured out II meant interview invite.
