TX license by reciprocity

I'm in the process of reciprocity of transferring my FL license to TX. I have applied on the TX BOP website and sent in the required ID documents. I applied on the NABP website for electronic license transfer. I have now received the license transfer documents from NABP in the mail. Now do i need to send these over to TX BOP? It requires 2 photos which need to be signed by another RPh and also notarization. However, TX BOP does not mention anything about sending the photos or notarization. Slightly confused... would appreciate any input.

Its been awhile since I did the reciprocation but I think you do have to send the NAPB stuff to the Texas BoP. I reciprocated FL to CA recently which required the photos and another RPH signature and notarization. I reciprocated FL to TX but it didn't ask for that but that was 5 years ago for me.
