I took my Naplex 3 years ago in Missouri and never took the MO MPJE since I moved to Wisconsin. I am licensed in Wisconsin and when I try to reciprocate to AZ (passed the AZ mpje), it requires me to choose a basis state which only MO shows up and says that it is not active. Does this mean that my original license is MO and I need to get license in MO to transfer my license to AZ? Any guidance would be appreciated. Thanks
