If your parents remain in Texas, a Texas resident. Which is excellent if you want to go to med school in TX, but not excellent if you'd rather go elsewhere.
Excellent because TX has lots of good to excellent medical schools with exceptionally low tuition and an exceptionally high preference for in-state applicants.
Not excellent if you'd rather go elsewhere because most OOS schools (except the very top schools) assume you'll choose to save $300K and stay in Texas.
