@tyjacobs on page 362 of your bio notes it says igD crosses the placenta and activates T cells. According to destroyer this is incorrect and igD is found on the surface of our b cells to differentiate them into memory and plasma cells. Thought you might want to fix it.

You're right that IgD doesn't cross the placenta - only IgG does.

It's just 1 error, everyone has errors. Overall there still solid notes. I don't use his notes to study, but a quick way to control f something that I forgot about while doing problems. I just came across that and thought he should know about it.

I highly doubt you have to know the function of all the individual immunoglobulins. You will for a immunology class, but not the DAT.

Destroyer was also written by a person. There are mistakes in that too, I've found a few. I called him out and asked for clarification over in the destroyer thread, haven't heard a peep from the guy.
