Is anyone familiar with this medication? For the 28-day dosing, is it 1,250 mg (5 tablets) once daily on days 1-28 while taking Xeloda 2000mg/m2/day on days 1-14 or 1,250 mg (5 tablets) once daily on days 1-21 while taking Xeloda 2000mg/m2/day on days 1-14. Thank you for your inputs.

I am not familiar with the schedules you describe above.

Cycles are 21 days:

lapatinib 1250 daily days 1 -21
capecitabine 2000 mg/m2/day days 1 - 14

Basically, the lapatinib is continuous, capecitabine is 14 on, 7 off. Lapatinib on an empty stomach, capecitabine on a full stomach.
