Type of Masters Degree to get???

So I am looking into applying to masters programs. I attend University of South Florida, and they offer a 1 yr Masters in Medical Science. I got my BS in biomedical science. Does it matter where or what type of masters degree you get? I know Barry offers a good one but I really cant move right now. 😕
