Types of radiology guidewires

Dear IR folks,

I wanted to ask the community if you guys if there is a commercially available J-tip guidewire that is attached to a 2-0 suture( or something similar). I wanted to see if there are any similar devices that could be used for airway management.

4th year (hopefully) future IR here, how would you use it? I’m trying to imagine what you would do with this.
