I dont want to know what the max or min is, I need a typical average salary that an IV rads would make who has a lot of experience (i.e. not someone fresh out of fellowship)

Most surveys do not seem to distinguish between IR and general rads, so I am going on word of mouth here. I would estimate a salary range of around 375-500K for a senior staff level IR in the US (probably 350-450 CDN in Canada, for what it's worth). I have heard of fellows from my program being recruited for significantly higher salaries but the payoff comes with more call and higher volumes (and no academia).
