I've waited over 2 weeks now and have not been invited to fill out a secondary for the following schools:

Albert Einstein
Rosalind Franklin
Drexel
NYMC

Is this typical or should I start contacting them (well I have emailed 2 of them but got no response since last Friday- I guess they are just bogged down right now)? I'm a California applicant and got secondaries from all the UCs that screen but not a single peep from those 4 even acknowledging they got my primary 🙁

Don't worry, just be patient. All these schools don't screen, you'll be getting a secondary from them soon. A lot of applicants who were verified early June still haven't gotten secondaries from Drexel yet.

It depends on the school. Those particular schools might take a little longer - I applied to Drexel, AECOM and Rosalind Franklin last year, but don't recall how long it took to get their secondaries. But I think if it has been more than 2 weeks...I'd try to get in touch with the school. If you are patient, waiting another week might not hurt. Miami took about 3 weeks to send me a secondary, this cycle.

early june??? wow i wonder if schools like drexel, gwu, gt, etc just decide to go through long stretches of auto-rejections w/o even giving applicants during that period any consideration just to get through their pile of applicants (of course doing so after collecting the secondary app fee... too bad they're not getting any from my poor empty pockets)
