okay,i wont expect advice on my medical condition.but u can answer my concerns about my condition and residency
1.will we have 2 disclose our diseases on residency application form?
2.should i go ahead and ask an LOR from this doctor?

They will ask you about specific illnesses, and you should disclose if possible. If they find out later, it could be detrimental to your licensing. I don't know what doctor you're talking about. (letter of rec?)
