Brief question: I assume for U of Arizona's planned pharmacogenomics program that a non-U of Az. student could apply, correct? Thanks for your help and sorry if this violates the forum etiquette.

it's brand new, so this application cycle is going to be the first resident. But yes, you may do a residency at a location other than where you went to school.
