hello,

Has anyone had an interview at the U of MN yet?? I have one in a few weeks and would like any info you could share. Was it pretty laid back or intimidating, where did you stay ect ect... also how is their program and new sim clinic?? Thanks and good-luck to all.

interviewed last year, going again soon. sim lab was under construction last year, its done now i believe. i stayed at the radisson, its right across the street from moos tower. interview was laid back.

I interviewed September 24th. Check out the interview feedback from SDN. It was pretty accurate. Stayed at the Days Inn just a couple blocks from the school. Much cheaper than the Radisson if you tell them you are interviewing and the accomodations are adequate.
Also, new sim clinic rocks!

Hi Nomar, I think I remember you from last cycle. I'm in your same position, interviewed last year, interviewing again this year -- good luck and perhaps I'll see you there! But like these posts have said, the Minnesota tour is helpful, so is the lunch, and the interviews there are pretty much the exact opposite of stress interviews. That is, it's a laid back, low pressure type interview.
