I'm in third year at Queen's University doing a Biology major. My GPA in my first two years wasn't superb - around 3.2 - but I'm doing much better this year and might even get a 3.7+. If I can keep this up for this year and the next, I would like to keep my options open and apply to med schools in the U.S.. I seem to be under the impression, though, that most U.S. medical schools consider the cGPA of your 4 years. Are there any schools in the U.S. that only consider your last two or top two years? Thanks.

US Medical schools consider your cGPA for the entirety of your undergraduate education. However, this is what the AMCAS manual says:
AMCAS reports to the medical schools a GPA for each Academic Status (HS, FR, SO, JR., SR, PB, GR) subdivided into courses listed as "BCPM" or "All Other" in the BCPM/AO Column.
It sounds like you will report a GPA for each year. If you have solid grades in your prereqs I'd assume that an upward trend would work in your favor, as long as you didn't artificially increase your GPA by taking a load of easy courses.

Can I have a link to the AMCAS source? I would like to know what those acronyms mean...
