U world questions per section?

Hi guys, I was thinking of getting the UWorld for Step1. And I was wondering, how many questions does UW Step1 offer per section? Ex: #questions for immunology, neuroanatomy, etc by subject? Once you finish a section, do they give you new fresh set of questions? Or are there just soo many questions per section that you can't even finish them?
The website claims that it has over 2400 questions and I was wondering how people divide that up to study?

Buy the Qbank and do the questions in random-timed mode to simulate the exam. 1 set should be 40 questions. Does it matter how many questions are in each subject? There's 13 main divisions with even more sub-divisions.. not sure if anyone will bother typing up all that info for you. Just buy the Qbank and see for yourself. You need to do all the questions, regardless.
