- good opportunity to specialize
- great southern hospitality
- small class size
- student told me they have a high number of clinical requirements which i prefer
- most classes are graded
- smaller city and don't know the city well
- required research (i'm not the most interested in research)

- health and wellness incorporated into curriculum
- global mission trips
- I have friends and distant relatives in the area
- more expensive tuition (~$105k)
- cost of living studios are about $2.5
- moving from FL to Boston
- courses are graded
- i have never lived anywhere where winter is bad so IDK how that would affect me
- larger class size
- will not have my car
