Anyone out there know which of the following programs (UAB, WFU, Univ of Fl, Tulane) are better for getting thier IM graduates into fellowships? Thanks in advance.

Be sure to check out their individual websites. Each school should provide you with that information. If not give 'em a buzz.

Without looking at their stats, I would bet that they ALL provide an adequate training to provide for fellowships.

But remember what you are looking for: academics vs private practice.
If you want academics, then you need to be shrewd in your choice (UAB over the rest) -- otherwise there is little to quible over.
If I were looking to go into private practice I would choose location, location, location -- remember its a buyers' market.

They all will have a high percentage of residents that cont. with fellowships, but it is YOU as a physician are the one that must perform in order to gain a fellowship.

No school will get you into a fellowship, it is only your will and hardwork that wil prevail. In addition, there is not a single IM program that had 100% fellowship for 2003. FYI.
