I applied in early Feb. but haven't heard back. When did you apply/were notified? Did they tell you about $$ in the acceptance letter?
 
If you have yet to hear from Albany, I suggest checking SOPHAS.

Someone wrote on gradcafe that their decision/rejection was posted to their SOPHAS account, so I just decided to check it out. Mine was there as well rejected on 3/23 to their PhD program.

Not sure if its that way for all programs or just the Epi PhD, but I'd suggest checking it out if you are still waiting to hear from them.
