Have you guys heard anything about the UAMS program? Good, bad...?

I dont have a whole lot to say about this program but since no other replies have been posted....
The resident I met during the interview looked super tired, but he was nice. The faculty did the whole behavioral interview deal which was fine, except for one new attending who had just moved there from Chicago and seemed to be slightly too enthusiastic about trying to get a reaction out of me with the questions.
I asked about how long a typical non-call day lasted- i was told residents provided a service to the hospital (translation- if surgery wants to operate- we are there). They didnt have EMR in the OR and did not seem to have that in the plans for the immediate future. I personally felt they spent more time talking about the kick-ass children's hospital than their program.
