UB interview help!

Hello, I have an interview in a week or so at UB and i was hoping for those who had an interview could give me some advice like questions asked and ect or suggestions regarding the interview

PS:I am appyling for EA. its a one on one interview with two interviewers (one student and one faculty) I am so nervous!

Don't stress! This was my lowest stress interview last year. The interview is actually pretty short. I think mine was less than 10 minutes. The questions were pretty typical interview questions and they asked me a few things about my app. I used different interview threads on here to get example questions and help me prepare. The faculty there is really amazing and super helpful so don't be scared of them. They even fed us pizza and wings after!

Thank you for the reply. Did you remember any personal like "your motivation" questions asked? I know that there was ( based on the few posted online) like Hippa, why pharm, why ub and your motivation.

The email they sent me told me the interviews will take 45 min. Yours was very short if its less than 10, is that bad?

Well I got accepted so it wasn't bad. Some people had slightly longer interviews but still probably less than 20 min. I don't remember how long they told us to expect our interview to be.

You should definitely expect motivation type questions at ANY interview. I was never asked a HIPPA question though. I just looked at the interview feedback you are referring to and I really can't believe they asked someone that! Maybe those people had health care experience so they knew about HIPPA.

HIPAA is important and the interviews will be around 45 minutes this year. Most of the interviews take the whole allotted time. Mines and a couple of my friends took the whole 20 min or more last year, it all depends on who you get. Good luck!

I was also wondering about the written part of the interview. I'm a bit worried because I'm not good at writing. Is it to assess your english or writing skills? Thank you. 🙂

The interviews for last year official time is 20 minutes. The interviews for this year official time is 45 minutes. They change it up this year. PM me if you have any other questions, it is faster that way.
