SDNers, i need some input.
I've gotten acceptance into USC in SoCal and UBC in Vancouver, Canada. I'm having a tough time making a decision.
Right now, my heart is set on USC.
Pros about USC:
1) It's in California. Weather, life, etc....is much more appealing
2) It's been my dream to attend college in the states. This is my chance.
3) I heard from a researcher at a California school that it is easier to work in California as a dentist if you've gotten your degree there. If you have your degree from elsewhere, you have to take a certification exam. Any truth? I didn't think so, but if so, then going to USC will be a better choice for me, because ultimately, I want to live in California.
4) I love the students/people and atmosphere at USC.
Cons about USC:
1) More expensive. In the end, I think it'll cost me another 60-70k to go to USC. Is the experience worth the cost?
Thanks
