UC Berkeley Extension professor/class input?

Hey all,

I'll be taking some courses at Berkeley Extension next Spring 2015 for a gpa boost and to hopefully get another LOR. I'm considering these classes below (I definitely won't be taking all of them). Any input/advice is appreciated! It's a little harder to find reviews for the extension program.

Anatomy Lecture/Lab- James Smiley or Kathy Azevedo?
Hematology- Miguel Angeles
Biology of Human Cancer- Kedar Hastak
Molecular Endocrinology- Reza Majlesi
Medical Microbiology- Rajeev Banerjee
Virology- Rajeev Banerjee
The Biology of Cancer- David Leiu, ONLINE (is this a bad idea?)

berkeley extension classes are a hit or miss... some professors are just downright horrible, although there are a few good ones. The administative staff is horrible as well. Be sure to do your research.

probably too late but james smiley is ok. It is really hard to learn all the material but if you put in the time youll be fine. but i mean like a good amount of time lol

Any thoughts on any of the uc berkeley online extenstion courses? I was thinking of taking General Human Anatomy with James Smiley and then updating medical schools with my grade, since my science gpa is not very competitive.

The class is fine, but that's probably not going to do anything for your app.
