don't know. I'm surprised, because it was the program coordinator herself that told me it was a good idea to contact programs that I was very interested in, because it showed interest. It might be that their office is being swamped at this time with applicants making the same request.
I had some experience trying to contact the program after I received an invitation, and it took me a good four days spanning a weekend to reach them (no reply by phone or email). They are pretty full with interviews already, so keep trying and hope for cancellations. Good luck.
