Do UCs screen for both GPA and MCAT? I submitted my AMCAS 8/9 and was verified 8/23. So far, I have only received a secondary from UCSD. I took the August MCAT (this was my first MCAT).

Mike G, i looked at your profile. You are an insane man. Good luck on all those secondaries, it seems like you've applied to more schools than i have. I hate to say this and seem like a jackass but i think URM is definitely gonna get you into a state school w/ you stats.MIKE G said:I sent in my primary late July.
I got the UCIrvine, and thats a definite number screen.
I got UCDavis and UCLA, which I think are slightly more comprehensive.
Have yet to hear anything from UCSF or UCSD. I do know that UCSD is big on having top numbers.
I swear I've posted this about fifty times by now. This is what I know, and it's not hard to find on their web sites:themadchemist said:Does anyone know to what percentage of applicants UCSD and UCLA offer secondaries?
