I received a phone call on January 7th from Samantha Jackson. During that phone call, she stated that she'd like to personally invite me to interview at UCF later this month.

I received a call on January 15th for the interview on the 31st of this month

Crap, I think you're right. Maybe they said they would start calls on January 31st. I'll have to find my pamphlet and see why I wrote down January 31st. Thanks!

Yea at their open house they said they won’t accept people until after all interviews are complete. Then said if there is someone that completely wows them during the interview they will make an offer sooner. I have my interview the 31st and am hoping for the best afterward. I hope you receive good news from them as well!

I have my UCF interview tomorrow! Any advice? What did you think of their interview format with the small groups?

I also interview tomorrow, what time is yours? Advice I have gotten is to relax and really try to elaborate on the question that they ask. Try to hit all points with your inital response so they dont have to ask additional follow up questions.

So sorry I didnt see this earlier! But honestly being genuine is the best thing for interviews, if you're interested and passionate just explain it.

Thank you!! I’m in shock. I got an email saying there’s a status update posted on my application but was confused since they said they normally call. But there was a portion for me to accept the offer and submit materials for residency purposes

Stay hopeful! I only thought one of my interviews out of the two went really well but stayed positive despite how bad I thought I did in the first

OMG YAY! Congratulations! I knew you would. Excited to meet you this summer, are you on the Facebook page yet?
So I haven't received any notice from UCF as of yet -- I wonder if they have sent out all of their admissions and filled seats? I received a call from USF offering admission and they are giving me three days to decide. I reached out to UCF's admission office yesterday about the matter but I haven't heard from them yet.
I received an email today that I was waitlisted on the third tier 🙁

They told us after the interview we would hear back in January via phone. Yesterday, I got an email from UCF Graduate Admissions with a decision, and in my portal is an acceptance letter! I am SUPER excited, but nervous it was a mistake being that we were told we'd hear back in January via phone. Does anybody know about this? I am nervous to accept in the system without knowing. I am of course going to call them this morning to confirm as well.
