UCF financial aid

So I'm considering applying to University of Central Florida's Clinical program with Dr. Bedwell as my POI. I was looking at their financial information however and it says the usual about how graduate students can fund their education through fellowships, assistantships etc. but it also said through loans. Now, pretty much all the doctorate programs I've looked at in the past offered full tuition remission with either a fellowship or assistantship of some sort, and I've been told by professors to not even consider a school that doesn't fully remit tuition based off of fellowships or some assistantship. Does anyone know more about central florida's funding and how they do it, because from the website it looks like funding it yourself through loans is one of the options you may be saddled with.

I don't go to UCF but I did interview there when I was applying. I applied to work with Dr. Bedwell and enjoyed the school and was seriously considering it as a real option for me...until my interview with Dr. Bedwell. I withdrew my application for consideration soon after interview day. Anyways, sorry for the tangent...from what I recall (from almost 2 years ago, keep that in mind) they do offer full tuition but the stipend was only $10,000. Orlando is not a cheap city. From what I recall, almost all the students took out loans.

Hello! I am a first year in UCF's clinical psyc PhD. I can tell you that we do enjoy full tuition remission, health insurance, and $10,000 stipend. Everyone in the program has either an assistantship or fellowship. I do not think Orlando is an expensive area, but I am also coming from UMiami... I have not had to take out any loans thus far.
