UCLA Interviews?

Hey, just wondering has anyone heard anything back from UCLA yet about interviews? I submitted my secondary a while ago and haven't heard anything, anybody know what's going on with UCLA?

I sent an email to UCLA asking for an update on my application status and this is the reply I received:

Our committee will start reviewing files in mid-October and interview invitations will be emailed throughout April 2009 since we are on rolling admissions.

One day week at noon when our class adjourned I saw this guy in a suit outside the SOD at the bench. Turns out after a conversation that he is interviewing here, although I thought the process would start like last year in early November. So who knows, maybe they are interviewing select individuals early.

Are you sure? I think he may be pulling your leg. Admissions themselves and a professor I know have told me not until November. Just last week I heard they finally started reviewing applications. I bet what he did was call to schedule a tour of the school and dressed up nice and maybe called someone high up to set up an informal interview and explained it as an official interview.

i know that their international dentist program interview started a while ago. I have a friend of mine who is gonna interview there this week. Maybe that's what it was.

That's what I thought! Because International dentists have an interview too!

That might have been Endo, they were interviewing recently. Haven't seen any for DDS yet. Good luck to all the applicants!

from my sources at the dental school, they've told me that they'll send out interviews at the end of this month, and interviews will start as soon as early november. good luck 🙂

UCLA sod has started interviews for residencies and the PPID (International dentist) programs.
Last year, the first interviews at UCLA weren't until Early November.
Just be patient 🙂
