UCLA / Olive view rescinding rejection?

Totally confused, received a rejection (boo) followed by an email recalling the rejection (yippy!) followed by a rejection (boo) followed by ANOTHER recall of the rejection (huh?)

This roller coaster is confusing me. Anybody else getting toyed with too?

Oh wow, that's terrible. I can imagine how confused you must be right now. For what it's worth, I applied to this program and have not been getting any such emails. I did, however, hear from a classmate of mine this morning that there was a similar problem amongst the UCLA internal medicine applicants - it sounds like some interview invitations were sent out, and then rescinded. Imagine how THAT must feel!

oh closer review, it looks like a rejection that they tried to pull back because they sent the rejection to a mass mailing list WITHOUT hiding the email addys of all the rejectees. I therefore got to see the other 300 people rejected. You would think the BCC feature of email would be well known to the world by now!
