UCLA only have 12 Seats for OUT-STATE??

DAMN this seems rediculus, but UCLA only have 12 seat for the outstate...Wonder how bad the competition going to be for us outsider getting in a CA school..

Yeah, I'm fighting for a spot at UCLA also. But I fully agree with the limit...it's not my tax dollars that have been funding the school.
