Ucla or upenn

i got accepted at ucla and upenn.
which school i shud choose.any inputs would be highly appreciated especially from upenn and ucla graduates.
i am lil concerned over pass/fail system in ucla and its effect on post grad admission since im plannin to do in oral surgery.
guys plz throw some light on pros and cones.
