That phrase should have 10 words. Why are you applying to the UCLA school of Dentistry...yes I counted 10 haha sorry that was a bad joke. But ya, there really shouldn't be a LIMIT. You are allow to attach an extra sheet of paper if you are running out of space. Give them a hundred reasons why you wanna BE there. Make yourself stand out!
