after reading this in class i went back to my apartment. checked my mailbox and found a fat manila envelope from ucla -- flipped out until i realized that it was a packet to update my volunteer status at the med center! damn.

I actually am a California resident, but I put Washington (where I live now) as my permanent address on my application. I emailed them about this and they said they would change my status but that they had also chosen me for an interview, which means that I would be having this interview either way, so, for your purposes, yes.
